Gerald F. Sears, Licensed Builder
Jerry received a BS in building construction management from Michigan State University in December of 1982. From 1983 to March 1991, Jerry was employed by Ryan Homes, Inc., out of Northern Virginia and North Carolina. His major responsibility was overseeing the construction of single family attached and detached homes. Jerry held many supervisor and manager positions during his employment at Ryan. In 1991, he and wife Lisa opened Signet Residential servicing southern, Lower Michigan.

Lisa Sears, Licensed Builder
Lisa also received a BS in building construction management from Michigan State University in 1982. Lisa has an extensive background in many areas of the construction process. She has held positions as construction manager and purchasing manager & agent. Some of her responsibilities included budgeting, costing and contacting, and involvement in the design process from inception through the complete building cycle.
